I’m in a season of life when I am often weary and in need of grace.
I’m in a season where I’m torn between my priorities, wrestling with what God wants from me, and in need of strength. Supernatural strength. Strength that lasts through my workday and is renewed for my most important job at home.
Oh, how I want to soar on wings like eagles. Instead of feeling low, burdened down, heavy-laden. I want to soar with valor, courage, and confidence. I want to open myself up to all that God has for me. I want the freedom to fly, carefree and unafraid, knowing that my Creator is my hope.
Isaiah 40:31 offers us strength and endurance for the race we are running. We need only to hope in the Lord.
What is holding us back from soaring?
Anxiety? Insecurity? Exhaustion? Confusion? Guilt?
It’s time to hope in the Lord. To trust Him enough to put one foot in front of the other towards the life He has for us. He will give us grace moment by moment and through Him, we can soar.
Lord, you are our hope. You promise to renew our strength, God, and we know you are faithful to keep your promises. Help us to run this race you’ve given us without growing weary. Give us grace to soar.
